Order Form:

To order an original, please contact the artist directly (by e-mail or telephone).  To order a print, please fill out the information below, enclose your check or provide your Visa/Mastercard Information (don't forget to sign!) and mail (check or credit card orders) or fax (credit card orders only) to the address/fax number listed.  Orders are shipped within 72 hours of receipt (barring some weird, unexpected problem). 

Shipping:  Shipping costs vary based on whether the item is a flat print, framed print, or original.  ALWAYS call the artist directly if ordering an original.  For flat prints, add $8.00 per item ordered.  For framed prints – we will need to calculate the costs prior to processing your order.  We will relay those costs to you before processing your credit card (if paying by check, call ahead and get a quote before sending the check.)

We ship only within the continental United States – NO exceptions.
