Sales and Shipment Policies
- Thought-Full Art Studio currently sells and ships only within the Continental United States. No exceptions.
- For most print orders a flat rate of shipping is applied that is $18.00 per item ordered. For very large orders, please contact us directly rather than ordering through the site. We will not ship large quantities of any items without additional discussion and prepayment that is fully processed BEFORE the shipment occurs.
- Cards ship at a rate of $1.00 per item ordered, and tshirts at a rate of $4.00 per item ordered. Again, for very large orders, please contact us directly rather than ordering through the site. We will not ship large quantities of any items without additional discussion and prepayment that is fully processed BEFORE the shipment occurs.
- Orders are typically processed within 5-10 days of receipt. If you need an order rushed, please contact us directly rather than ordering through the site to make certain we have the item(s) available, and there is sufficient time to complete your request.
- Originals are not sold through the web store. Customers must contact us to discuss sales of originals as additional information is required, payment must be processed in full before shipment, and shipping or personal delivery/pickup arranged.
- We typically use either UPS or USPS for all shipping. It is important that you immediately open and confirm that your package contents are undamaged. If the packaging appears damaged, DO NOT ACCEPT the package. This is the only way we can work with UPS/USPS to recover our costs.
- We want our Customers to be happy with their prints. If you receive a print and it is not what you expected, please contact us immediately so we can discuss available options. We cannot guarantee a refund, but will do our best to find an equitable solution. It is very important you contact us immediately.
- Thought-Full Art Studio reserves the right, for any reason, to refuse an order, or to cancel an order and refund money received from the customer for said order. These reasons include – but are not limited to – pricing errors, incorrect calculations in the shopping cart, unexpected changes to carrier shipping rates, or suspected or attempted fraud. Any order submitted that we suspect is fraud or attempted fraud will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

This includes skateboards and tattoos, folks! Don’t do it!
Privacy (much of the following concerns Google, but may also apply to other third party vendors visited before or after this site)
- While Thought-Full Art Studio does not place Google ads on our site, third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- Users may opt out of personalized Google advertising by visiting Ads Settings.
- EU User Consent Compliance Update – If you are coming to this site, you may encounter cookies. We no longer serve Google Ads on this site, but may provide links to affiliate sites which may include cookies. You can visit Google to find information on how cookies are being handled by their advertising partners. Currently, I do not have a way to give you an option to accept/not accept cookies within this site. It is an enormously complex and difficult process, with moving deadlines and precious little documentation that is helpful to the small-time blogger/business person like myself. I simply appeal to your good will to be patient while we wait for all the rules and regulations to settle down and for sensible and useful information to be made available to “little people” like me and countless others with websites. Most browsers already come with an option to decline use of cookies – but most people who have done so quickly become painfully aware that their web experience is heavily degraded. Nonetheless, that is certainly a choice you must make for yourself.
Please note that I do not ship products outside the continental US and have no plans to do so in the future.
Note that Thought-Full Art does not sell or otherwise distribute visitor information whether collected on this site or through other contacts such as email and/or snail mail.
